Rizwan Azhar has over 12 years of experience working in Research & Development and New Product Introduction (NPI) environment. He is currently providing technical project management consulting services on Autonomous Vehicle program to Ford Canada Enterprise Connectivity division. Previously, he worked with Rockwell Automation where he executed two strategic projects with the budget of US $5M+ from inception to launch with globally distributed cross-functional teams. He has worked with Johnson Controls as an Scrum Master and helped the organization through their agile transformation by defining the process, coaching and developing cross-functional teams. Rizwan comes from a technical background and started his career as a test engineer that made him well-verse with SDLC process.
